Wow, it’s hard to believe that it’s February already. The weather is actually nice here in the Midwest, so today’s Wordless Wednesday post (well.. almost wordless) is a collection of photos from the Behind the Seeds tour at the Living with the Land attraction in Epcot.

When I toured this site, I was amazed to see the farming that Disney does.

It looks fantastic! We have been enjoying the great weather in South Florida as well, but Sunday morning was not the best for a beach trip.

Very interesting to see. We have 5 acres but the meadow grasses are so prolific that they choke everything out and having a garden is constant upkeep, It might be costly to set up such a system, but once its done, no weeding would make it worthwhile!

I have always wanted to do the Behind the Seeds tour, but never have. Perhaps on our next weekend getaway I’ll finally make it happen… Great pics!

We have had two warmer days here in the northeast – in the 50s. it’s been a nice little break. these photos are really cool! i especially like the pumpkins!
